Who Am I?
I'm passionate about creating memorable user experiences, using holistic research, and human-centered design (HCD) techniques.
By asking the right questions, I learn about user pain points. It will allow me to understand how the user thinks and responds, thus finding a simple and pragmatic way to solve problems.
Collaboration with wider stakeholders, insights teams, and engineers is vital. It helps to learn from the most diverse viewpoints.
How I Do?
Put user at the hear to generate empathy. Empathise from research findings, problems and opportunities.
Think loud, Collaborate to solve problems. Synthesise learnings & opportunities and delight users.
Explore, go wide before then narrow down to iterate on ideas. Ideate, Prototype, and Validate the designs.
Build and learn, iterate and prototype ideas. Learn from the user. Build, launch, test and follow lean UX to improve.
