The problem(s):
During spring 2014, SKY TV was in the early stages of launching a new Set Top Box (STB) to replace Digital Decoder STB’s with new software with additional features to access On Demand content via the internet.

Conducted the research with two primary goals:

1. Exploration: Understand the habits, behaviours, painpoints, and opportunities in accessing digital age technologies

2. Validation: Validate the key pieces of the product proposition (eg: features, hardware and navigation).
